Mainstone Veterinary Clinic has a car parking bay designated for use by disabled customers. This space is on level ground and as close to the front entrance as practical.
The surgery is all on one level and has step-free access.
There is a client toilet facility available in the lobby area with grab rails installed.
One of our consulting rooms is accessed by going down a ramp with a grab rail provided, if you would prefer not to use this room please make one of our receptionists aware at the time of booking your appointment.
We aim to communicate with our clients in a way that best takes into account their disability. We can communicate via email as an alternative to telephone.
Consent forms can be emailed to clients in advance of a procedure, read to clients by staff or printed in larger font if required.
