Emma Moody - Clinical Director
Emma Moody MA VetMB MRCVS Clinical Director

Having graduated from Cambridge Vet School in 2014, Emma spent her first few years in practice in Yorkshire- here finding a great love for cycling up and down the hills in the Dales. Emma and her now husband moved to Hampshire and she started working at Mainstone in 2017. After Mr MacLeod, who ran the practice for 30 years, decided to hang up his stethoscope in 2021 and retire she has become the clinical director at Mainstone. Emma enjoys all aspects of veterinary medicine, from consulting all the way through to more challenging surgeries. In 2019 she started doing the MMP (Modified Maquet Procedure) for pets with cruciate injuries.

When out of work Emma enjoys walking her two collies with her husband, particularly when the walks end up at a pub or café. The rest of her spare time is spent playing football.
